BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

​Please book online for your Microblading, Brow Bar and Lash Lift + Tint appointments. Hair and makeup appointments are by request only.

Microblading bookings are required to pay $100 deposit to secure your appointment. An invoice will be sent to you via email, and payment must be made through an etransfer to beautymarkmail@gmail.com (a password will be provided). Failure to do so 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in cancelling your booking. This amount will be deducted from the final cost, which is due the day of your service. Please click here to read the pre-care and aftercare instructions as a requirement of the consent form that you will fill out at your appointment.

 

All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cash (change is not available on site)

  • Debit Card

  • VISA, MasterCard or Amex

  • E-transfer (must be paid prior to procedure and is only available for DEPOSITS, not for actual service payment)

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES/LATE POLICY/NO SHOWS

As your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you only, any late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in my calendar that could have been filled with another client. It also places undue hardship on my business. This is why this policy is strictly enforced. By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing to this policy, so please ensure you are able to attend before booking.

​A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 2 (two) business days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, it will be marked as a missed appointment.  This will result in the forfeit of your $100 deposit (for microblading/saline removal clients) or a $40 penalty fee on your appointment for hair and makeup/lash lifts/brow services. This also applies to cancelled or rescheduled services due to illness with less than 12 hours notice.

If you do not show up to your appointment, or simply forgot about your booking, your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without contacting me, it will be necessary to cancel and reschedule. This will result in the loss of your deposit and will require another deposit to schedule the next appointment. A $40 no-show/cancellation fee will be charged on your next appointment. Please contact me if you are running late. I understand unforeseen circumstances happen and I shall do my best to accommodate.

All incurred fees will be invoiced to the email on file and must be paid in full in order to book your next appointment. If you book and still have an outstanding payment, your booking will be revoked.

Please keep in mind it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrival or no show payments.
